Termite (WDO) Inspection

Our termite inspection evaluates the property for current and past signs of wood-destroying organisms, including termites and other organisms that can compromise the structure of the home. We also identify conditions that may increase the risk of future activity, such as moisture issues or wood-to-soil contact. Our findings are clearly documented in a report, helping you understand any concerns and take informed next steps with confidence.
